COVID-19 UPDATE: September 2020
After researching the latest guidelines I shall continue offering counselling sessions via online video conferencing or by telephone during the autumn months. Unfortunately the requirements of social distancing and wearing face coverings could be challenging for face-to-face counselling in a small therapy room, plus there is a possible risk of disruption to continuity of sessions if either party becomes unable to attend due to regional lockdowns or self-isolating as a result of increased contact tracing.
I shall review the situation and updated guidance again by December to see whether or not it will be advisable to resume any face-to-face sessions in the new year.
