2023 Update:
I am offering sessions online, due to changes in availability of the therapy rooms I worked from prior to the pandemic.
Many people find the flexibility of online sessions makes it easier to access counselling, and provides continuity of sessions at times when attending in person isn't possible.
I may be in a position to resume offering some face-to-face sessions in central Windsor later in autumn 2023.
Please contact me if you'd like to arrange a FREE 15 min telephone call to discuss the possibility of working together.
Is it hard to talk to others about what you are experiencing?

You can talk about anything that is troubling you, and how it might be affecting your wellbeing and your relationships with others.
