Please note: I will be unavailable due to annual leave from 7 April - 21 April 2021 and will reply to enquiries made during this period from Wed 21 Apr onwards.
Please contact me if you'd like to arrange a free 15 min telephone call to discuss the possibility of trying an initial session. As appointments are fully booked until the end of April, the next availability for initial sessions will be in May.
COVID-19 UPDATE - April 2021:
I am continuing to offer counselling sessions online via Zoom, or by telephone if preferred.
While covid restrictions may be gradually lifted during the coming months, the precautionary measures of social distancing, ventilation, and face coverings will continue to be challenging for resuming face-to-face counselling in a small therapy room. I shall continue to monitor government and professional guidance and will review the situation again in July 2021.
Is it hard to talk to others about what you are experiencing?
Are you looking for help?
Hello, my name is Elizabeth Butler, welcome to this website. As a qualified and accredited counsellor and therapist, I offer a supportive, non-judgemental and confidential space to explore what is going on in your life. You can talk about anything that is troubling you, and how it might be affecting your wellbeing and your relationships with others.
Sharing what’s going on in your life in a comfortable and safe environment where your experience is heard and valued, might help you to make sense of your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
